Tonight a group of us are going to go to Alchemy in South Park. I'm super excited because everyone on Yelp is a-buzz about this Roasted Beet/Goat Cheese Salad, which is one of my favorite combos! The menu looks simple, fresh and delicious as well as fairly cheap... basically the perfect combination! Click here to see their dinner menu. I will definitely be trying the Local Sea Bass Ceviche with mango, coriander and a plantain chip and possibly even the San Diego Sliders aka Mini Fish Tacos (see below for pics from Alchemy's website of both items.) Yeah, it's only 9:30 am and I'm already deciding what I'm eating for dinner. Pathetic!
