When I first heard about Spectacle on the Sundance Channel, I knew it was pure perfection. Hands down, Elvis Costello and Elton John are in my top 5 favorite musicians of all time list. They joined together to produce Spectacle... amazingness. Elvis Costello is a bonafide music geek who can speak with anyone about their influences, obscure music and even sing right along side them. Speaking of which, Dusty and I were lucky enough to catch him at the Wiltern a few years ago and he is an amazing performer... I highly recommend catching a show of his next time he's on tour. If you can't catch him live, definitely DVR or watch Spectacle live. The first two guests are not my cup of tea so I will be skipping Sheryl Crow and Bono/The Edge. However, I will be tuning in for LEVON HELM (!!) on the following dates!
