Dusty and I are finally starting to feel at home in our one-year-old casa.  The logical thing to do would be to settle in for the long haul and be happy where I am.  I am not logical so I like to go to Mercer York on a monthly (maybe weekly... so what) basis to look at other homes I wish I could buy.  Right now I'm in love with this house in Bay Park:



Anyone want to buy a half-way re-done house in College Area for way above market value so I can buy this fixer-upper and get bored in a year?
