Richard Hell is super important to the 70s punk rock movement.  As a member of Television, The Heartbreakers and Richard Hell and the Voidoids, he ranks up there with the founding fathers of safety pins and ripped clothing.  Even if you aren't necessarily into punk, I think you could still enjoy this song since it has a touch of toe-tapping pop to it:
