Venezuelan model and actress Patricia Velasquez (aka Gob's girlfriend Marta from Arrested Development!) is the founder of the Wayuu Taya Foundation. The goal of the foundation is "to help improve the lives of these Latin-American indigenous people (The Wayuu) while maintaining and respecting their traditions, culture and beliefs." These bags are available for purchase here and each takes 20 eight-hour days to create. 90 percent of the proceeds go back to the Wayuu community... money well spent! Also, these are just plain rad, right?
