I recently teamed up with my pals at Beijos Events to recreate my most popular recipe, the chocolate and cherry acai bowl. They styled the goods and our gal Megan Welker snapped some cute photos for a little refresh on an old favorite.
This recipe is so great now that strawberries are coming back in season. It's super refreshing for the upcoming summer months but equally as delicious for a spring brunch. Plus, if you're into food photos, these bowls are super Instagram-worthy!
Pro tip: find organic frozen cherries and strawberries in the freezer section at Costco! You can keep a ton of them on-hand for quick, easy smoothie bowls and the price is hard to beat.
