When Your Heavy Metal Four Year Old Grom Outgrows His Nursery
We've been slowly transforming our son's nursery into his big kid room. It's been so fun watching him develop his own interests and decking out his room to fit all of his hobbies. Like most parents, I'd be happy to ditch at least half of the toy clutter but we do our best to keep it under control and somewhat organized with lots of storage options. My husband is the absolute best and built this AMAZING bed with a slide and tons of toy storage underneath. Our son was so excited about it, he had no trouble ditching the crib to pass it on to his sister. Too bad she won't sleep in it. Take a scroll through the photos above and check out all of the sources below. If you have any questions about his room or anything in it, let me know! Chances are, if I didn't source it, it's probably vintage. I've found a ton of stuff at thrift stores and flea markets so get hunting!
Plus, the room was featured as one of the "Coolest Kids Rooms We've Ever Seen" on Domino so that's pretty rad.
