Thanks to some inspiration from my friend, Krissy, I am now registered for my first Bar Method workout. I will be attempting to tighten up my legs at the location in Liberty Station/Point Loma. They offer a first-time class for $10. After that, it's $20 per class or you can buy a membership package. I've always been pretty decent motivation-wise to get myself to the gym but lately it's just not happening. I'm hoping that this is going to motivate me since it will be a fun, different way to mix it up! I'll report back...
